Implementation covers workflow mapping, configuration decisions, roles, templates, and launch planning. Migration and external connections are scoped when needed.
Lifetime includes standard updates for one clinic business entity with unlimited clinicians and staff, is limited to 25 clinic accounts, and remains nontransferable. Implementation, custom development, usage-priced services, third-party fees, and separately priced add-ons remain scoped separately.

Security terms are confirmed in writing before activation. The deployment package records the hosting region, data location, subprocessors, retention, access controls, and whether a BAA or regional privacy schedule is included. RegenFlow does not make a public claim that every plan includes a BAA, Canadian or U.S. residency, or a SOC 2 attestation.
