The deployment package records the hosting region, data location, subprocessors, retention, access controls, and whether a BAA or regional privacy schedule is included. RegenFlow currently makes no public claim that every plan includes a BAA, Canadian or U.S. residency, or a SOC 2 attestation; compare the current security package with your clinic’s requirements.
