What kind of clinic is RegenFlow built for?
RegenFlow is built for independent, clinician-led, multidisciplinary, and multi-location outpatient practices with recurring scheduling, documentation, billing, and follow-up work. It is not an inpatient hospital EHR or emergency-department system.
Is RegenFlow only for regenerative medicine?
No. Regenerative medicine is one supported specialty configuration. The core clinic operating system is designed for a broader outpatient market, including allied health, mental health, medical aesthetics, sports medicine, integrative care, and multi-disciplinary practices.
Does AI make clinical decisions?
No. AI can prepare drafts, organize source context, and surface work. A clinician remains responsible for review, approval, sign-off, and every clinical decision.
Does RegenFlow replace practice-management software?
Not necessarily. RegenFlow can begin around one existing practice workflow and coordinate its queues, ownership, context, and approval points. That starting point does not require a rip-and-replace project or an unverified integration claim.
How does data residency and HIPAA-related contracting work?
Every deployment package documents hosting region, data location, subprocessors, retention, and whether a BAA is included — confirmed in writing before activation. Ask for your clinic's security package.
What does onboarding include?
Lifetime is $997 one-time for one clinic business entity, includes standard updates for unlimited clinicians and staff, and is limited to 25 clinic accounts. Implementation, custom development, data migration, third-party connections, custom security, specialty pathways, and multi-site rollouts are scoped separately before work begins.
Can I cancel?
Base plans are offered month-to-month with 30 days' notice. Final tax, provider, implementation, and contract terms are confirmed in the order form.
